CREE FRANCE A recipe for off-site, hybrid and flexible building to accelerate the environmental transition in the real estate and building sector.

The recipe is based on an off-site method made up of large-format 2D modules, enabling the building to be out of water and out of air in just a few days, and cutting construction times by an average of 40%.

Designed as a hybrid system, it applies the logic of the right material in the right place, guaranteeing compliance with the 2028 thresholds of the RE2020.

Its flexibility can be seen at several levels: in interior design, façade architecture and supply, thanks to regionalised ecosystems of manufacturers and businesses.
